Stop Motion Animation - 12 Days of Christmas

We looked at Wallace and Grommit and Trapdoor to learn about stop motion animation.

"Cracking cheese Grommit!"

"Oh globbits!"

We practiced making our own stop motion animation films using iMotion HD on the iPads. It was very difficult, even with special stands that Mr Wells bought.

We made an animated version of the 12 Days of Christmas, in groups we got three days to do each, which went into a final film. Our film was terrible so we used movie maker to make a slideshow instead.

Bansky!

We learned about graffiti artist Banksy and made our own Banksy pictures by taking photos of eachother and using Stencil Generator on Strix.org http://strix.org.uk/stencil/ Here are some of the best!

No walls were harmed in the making of these pictures!

We are enjoying the course up to now!

We have made a news programme which is amazing! We all had a go at being news presenters and reporters too! The finished news will be on our website!
We also made our own Weather Maps to do our weather at the end! Here is Andrew's:
